It took longer than I would have liked but I didn't expected to have to switch printing companies. Then because of that switch, I had to reformat things because everyone has different requirements, like Amazon requiring that the right hand page is odd numbered. The digital versions are also getting a small update because of this. No new content. This update is mostly to keep the page numbers matching across formats.
