Ground War Progress Update
I figure it's time for a progress update on Ground War. My current focus has been on the drone/frame rework and art for the corebook but I'm still working on Ground War in between. Ground War will be getting the same update to drones/frames. The biggest change planned for Ground War is reworking Aerospace fighters. Right now they're too swingy in fights and add more bookkeeping than I'd like. The goal is to allow any combination of players to participate in the air war without too much difficulty, while trying to incentivize mixed combat groups supported by aerospace rather than one player running only aerospace (outside of air focused campaigns). Streamlining of other rules is happening but they're much smaller changes. More vehicles and equipment are also in the works as well as the addition of orders of battle for each nations and explanations of their tactics. The update may be a while off but I think people are really going to like it.
